Adding On Instead of Moving Out

Lower Cape Project Kitchen
New white oak flooring, installed by Wood Floor Specialists in Sandwich, perfectly matches flooring in existing areas. The white cabinetry was custom built by LaBarge Home Construction. The granite counters, in ‘Bianco Romano’ and the Plaza Arena backsplash tiles in ‘Morgan Gris’ are from Designscapes in Sandwich, as are the Kohler fixtures. The bar stools are from Pottery Barn.

Brewster Project Master Bedroom
An antique bed was transformed from a full to a queen by Leonards Antiques in Seekonk. Many of the décor items were sourced through the Boston Design Center by Anthony Fife of Abode in Marstons Mills, including; the wallpaper from Colefax & Flowler, and the linens from Pratesi.

Master Bath – Brewster
The glass shower enclosure was manufactured and installed by Central Cape Glass in South Dennis. The soaking tub and all fixtures are from Supply New England in Yarmouth. The marble on the walls and tub surround was purchased at Cape Cod Marble & Granite in Hyannis.

Sitting Area – Brewster Bedroom
The Lee Jofa sofa is upholstered in a Kravet Fabric design, the carpet was custom made by Stark and the drapery fabrics are from Schumacher, all from the Boston Design Center. The cocktail table, side-table and curved-back chair with upholstered seat are all antiques from the homeowner’s collection.
